Learn

I love startups, products, AI/ML and marketing.

Startups

I learned growth hacking from Andrew Chen (Uber, a16z) and Brian Balfour (Hubspot), and I met my first VC (Keith Rabois)!

I discovered the secrets of Y Combinator from Mattan Griffel and Chris Castiglione (YC S13) and started PetroRecruit through the program.

I developed my business and technical acumen at NextAI when I started Unsist, and I became a MUCH better founder by the end of it.

At CDL, I continued to scale Unsist, learned to scale our tech startup, and met incredible founders, investors and advisors along the way.

UX and Design

UX Design

I constantly have new product ideas. I'm not amazing at it quite yet, but I'm practicing to bring those ideas to life with wireframes and mockups.

Product Management

Product Management

When I have time, I turn my designs into functional prototypes and MVPs. My projects include stock trading tools, workout apps and recruitment ideas.

AI/ML

My first exposure to ML was through Udacity. The foundation helped me get started on my own personal projects.

I learned AI/ML more formally through a master in computer science, specializing in applied machine learning.

One of the best ways for hands-on ML experience is through Kaggle. Free, high quality data, and a chance to win money!

Marketing

I learned how to build an online web presence, and built a business around freelancing services and hosting a web development workshop.

Once a website is up and running, you need exposure! I built ad campaigns on Google and Facebook to build awareness and web traffic.
